Important information

Good To Know
On the day of arrival, your room will be ready by 2 p.m. On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment before 9:30 a.m.
A tourist tax of 3,30 € has to be paid directly at the accommodation. Children under 14 years are excluded from the tourist tax.
With the Südtirol Guest Pass, you can use the following means of transport free of charge:
  • all regional trains in South Tyrol (from Brenner to Trento and from Malles to San Candido)
  • the Schenna hiking bus
  • all local buses (city, intercity and city buses)
  • the cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Kohlern, Mölten and Vöran
  • the Ritten tramway and the funicular to Mendola
  • the PostBus Switzerland between Malles and Müstair
Pets are allowed upon request and pay 8 € per night. Please ask us in advance if you can bring yours! Please note that pets are not allowed to stay in our garden.
Cancellations up to 60 days before the planned arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations between 30 and 59 days before arrival will be charged with three days of the booked stay. Cancellations between 20 and 30 days before arrival will result in a charge of 60% of the total booking value.
Cancellations within 20 days before arrival or early departure will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
It may well happen that a vacation does not start or has to be interrupted unexpectedly. We recommend taking out Europäische Reiseversicherung travel insurance.
Every holiday apartment is a non-smoking area, which means that smoking is not permitted.
Your reservation is binding when confirmed in written form by both sides. For a long-term booking we charge a deposit of 30 % of the total amount. Please confirm your arrival a few days in advance.
Geringerhof is open to our guests from March to November.
